What happens during a consultation?

Every consultation is unique and tailored to meet our client's specific needs. During a virtual resume writing consultation our discussion will include: where you are with your resume and job search, the roles you are targeting, your current skill set, your education and/or training. From there we will get started on creating a resume that accurately reflects your experience and capabilities.

I don’t know how to write my Resume. Can you help me?

Absolutely!  With over 20 years of recruiting experience, we have our ears to the ground and know what employers look for in a qualified candidate.  Reviewing resumes and recruiting candidates for hiring managers is our expertise, so we fully understand why some resumes get an employer's attention and why others do not.  We do our part and help you create a winning resume. 

What if I don't have any work experience?

That's what we are here for.  We will help you translate your education experience and other activities into viable skills that employers look for.  Give yourself more credit...there's a lot that can go on your resume!

Will I be able to share my thoughts?

Absolutely. Our goal is to collaborate with you and create a resume that represents your brand in the best way.  Your input is highly valuable--after all this is your resume and we will work to ensure that you approve of your final product.

Do you provide additional services?

For a nominal fee we provide self-directed templates to create a cover letter, write thank you notes after an interview, and a resource guide to assist you with your career search. These services can be discussed during your virtual consultation.
