It's important to know what the salary range is for any position you interview for. If salary is a non-negotiable for you, let your recruiter know upfront what your requirements are (give a range and not a set dollar amount). That way you avoid low balling yourself or going through the interview process for a role below your range. Instead, you now increase the chances of getting exactly what you want.
