Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At HRecruits, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and scheduling availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all booked services and consultations. Cancellations Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time at no additional charge. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking a service with HRecruits, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
